With nearly five decades of professional experience, Mr. Atul Parikh is a towering presence in the field of direct taxation and litigation in Gujarat. Having commenced practice in 1977, he brings an unparalleled depth of knowledge to complex tax matters, honed through years of appearing before the highest income tax appellate forums.

Regional Council Member (RCM), ICAI - Vadodara Branch (2009-2012). Mr. Parikh served as an elected representative to the Regional Council of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, demonstrating the profession's trust in his leadership and integrity.

Mr. Parikh specialises in income tax assessment proceedings, appellate representation before the Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeals) [CIT(A)] and the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT). Her extensive experience in bank audits - including concurrent, statutory, and revenue audits of commercial banks - reflects her meticulous eye for detail and adherence to regulatory standards. Her income tax practice includes representation at the appellate level, providing clients with strong advocacy in tax dispute matters.
